Join Doug Fabbioli at West End Wine Bar & Pub
in Purcellville, VA for a gourmet four-course dinner created by Chef Justin Garrison. Each course will be paired with the perfect Fabbioli Cellars wine. Reservations are required.

First Course: Blue Crab Roll, Lemon-Fennel Aioli, E.S.H Lettuces,
Salted Potato Chips, served with Chardonnay.
Second Course: Smoked Wild Boar Sausage, Cherry Mostarda, Whipped Gold Lentils, served with Cabernet Franc Reserve.
Third Course: Watson Farm Filet "Bourgignon," Lardons, Trumpet Mushroom, Confit Onion, served with Fratelli Cabernet Sauvignon
Dessert: Pear Wine Poached Pear Cheesecake, Ginger Granola Crust, Cardamom Chantilly, served with Pear Port-Style Wine.
